I’ve worked inside the kinds of organizations I now support non-profits, activist collectives, climate tech teams, and values-driven startups. I understand the pressure of hiring quickly while staying true to your mission.

Now, I offer flexible, embedded recruitment and people ops support helping small teams build strong foundations and find the right people to grow with.
